2. Subject of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made through the homesmartitalia.com website by consumers in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003.
3. Prices and payments
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros. HomeSmart reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment is made using the methods indicated at checkout.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The submission of an order by the customer constitutes a purchase proposal. HomeSmart reserves the right not to accept orders in case of product unavailability or pricing errors.
5. Shipping and deliveries
Products are shipped to the addresses indicated by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. HomeSmart is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason, pursuant to Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Return costs are free, unless otherwise indicated. The refund will be made as soon as possible once the returned goods have reached their destination.
